Payment and Pricing Options Ads under $100 per month are paid quarterly, semi annually or annually ($100 minimum). Ad/Banner Changes Advertisers may submit, for free, replacement camera-ready banners anytime. Banners built by Asay Media Network may be re-built every 3 months at no charge. * Add 10% for banner animation Payments are due on receipt of invoice. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be added to accounts outstanding over 30 days. All advertising orders are non-cancelable upon the publisher’s acceptance. Advertisers agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees. Online banner ads require payment with order on the first ad. Credit will be extended after responsibility is shown. Classified ads, Employment ads, and Listings (Inventory for Sale) require payment with order. Inserts require pre-payment on first insertion and show promotions. Customers who have shown responsibility can be billed for Display ads, Classified ads, Service Directory ads, Business Cards, Equipment Listings, and Inserts (except for show promotions). A 5% discount may be taken if payment is received prior to invoicing and all accounts are current with Asay Media. No pre-payment discounts will be allowed if paid with a credit card.
